Counter Strike 1.6: I got hacked.Help Please?

I dont know whether i was hacked or not,however I'm now facing a problem that gets me banned in alotta servers...
Without my permission or action this is posted via in game-chat

Anyone knows what this is or how I could have picked it up?more importantly,how to get rid of it..
By the way,i do not play on US servers as I live in Malaysia..
