Counter strike source : skin problem?

I recently downloaded many weapon skins. All of them are working except Dual elites and Mac 10 .
They are in pink and black colors. I'm using a non-steam cs source. So, can somebody upload or tell me where to download the original materials, models, etc of these two weapons. Your help will be appreciated
