I am getting a message that i cannot connect

It says it cannot connect to VAC Server or somthing?
I have tried doing alot of things like turning my firewall and stuff off.
this is the first time it has done this! Help!

but it seems to happen on the road sometimes when active sync is not even involved. are you saying that i disconnected from active sync incorrectly in the morning, and then throughout the whole day, it actively tries to access activesync and pop up those annoying instructions? i am not sure if i would remember to turn on those checks everytime i activesync since i do it everyday, so i am not sure it would work for me.
